Synth DIY Web Sites Dilema

How do you all keep track of all of the web sites of
people here? I've just spent a pile of time looking
for Tomg. I searched for "mad maxx" and came up with
hits for a tatoo machine, but not Tomg. I keep any
emails that are even slightly interesting or pertinent,
about 15 megs worth by now and although the DIY info in
each is preserved, people moving from ISP to ISP
invalidates URLs often found in sigs.
This may have been suggested before, but if there were
some official site for this list, things like current
member URLs could be posted there...
Thanks to all.
