->Hi all
-->
-->i know its a bit off topic
-->but this oberheim is a respectable analog beast semi modular and midi
-->programmable
-->And it needs a help. so i came for the best.;)
-->
-->I got this Battery warning that its gonna be finished soon
-->Has someone replaced a battery in the OBMX?
-->If so i need some tech. background for what to do.
-->
-->tnx
Just open it up and pull out the voice-cards (use the white plastic levers.
It does require a scary amount of strength). There should be a battery on
one of them, probably the master-board. I had to change the rom in my ob-mx
and it was very easy.
BTW: I'm still looking for the service-manual of the ob-mx. Does anyone
have it?
Adios,
Corneel
