Small corroded terminals

    Hi List,

I'm working on a project and I've come across some small crimp-on
terminals that are oxidized fairly badly on the inside. These terminals are
very small... about the size of those used in .100" strip headers.
Unfortunately I haven't found a source to replace the crimp connectors, so
I'd like to clean them if possible. Due to the small size, I'll need to
chemically clean them, rather than manually.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a chemical to clean this oxidization
off? Will normal switch/pot cleaner work well for something like this? I
don't have a bottle of any of the Caig Labs stuff, but if it'll work I'd go
get some.

Thanks in advance

Dave Magnuson
