I had problems downloading it from their site ( got a server error with the
two options they had ) but it is also on SimTEL:
http://www.simtel.net/simtel.net/

specifically at:
http://www.simtel.net/simcgi-bin/win95find.cgi?queryinput=plite

the file name is plite503.zip

-> The discussing on vocoders brings up another subject - circuit
-> simulation, so I don't have to build the whole thing to see
-> the effects
-> of phase, Q, number of poles, etc. What do people use for computer
-> simulation (PSPICE, etc)? It would be nice to have something with a
-> graphical front end, but I don't want to spend much on it. I already
-> have a schematic capture and PCB layout program I like (from
-> http://www.labcenter.co.uk). For 30 pounds (about $50) their
-> Aries and
-> Isis light have unlimited number of pins and the PCB layout
-> pgm even has
-> an autorouter. However, no netlists unless you go to their
-> professional
-> version. Its available as a trial download.
-> They do have a circuit simulation package also, but the
-> "cheap" version
-> is too limited.
