Vocoder design

I'm still working on mine so I really don't know. But based on work I have
done it looks good and should work well. I have been using Juergen's scanner
idea and analog switches for VCAs. It looks like it's going to work and that's
a big yea!! It should reduce complexity and reduce cost considerably.
