The 16f84 datasheet is dead easy to find on the microchip website! Click on the PICmicro MCUs button on the left hand side. Click on 'PIC16X8X family' halfway down the page. Click on 'PIC16X8X family datasheets'. Then you're on the 16x8x datasheet page.
