Hi list and Andie,
There was a package of 500 2N5117's going on eBay recently but I just checked and the
auction has ended - there were 5 bids and it went for $92 I believe.
(Did a list member buy them?)
However it does confirm that the supplier was indeed Semiconductor Technology, Inc. of
Stuart FL (as another list member mentioned) and also that the 2N5117 is a TO-5 case
with 6 leads containing two identical isolated PNPs.
So I guess Semiconductor Technology would be a good place to start.
Cheers,
Peter
