schematic for a 24db or steeper Bandpass filter????

All the talk about vocoders has me wondering. So I attempted to find
a steep bandpass filter.

Is the attached schematic an appropriate design for high Q?
Would it be able to handle something in excess of 24db?

Of course the values of the parts would have to be calculated for the right
frequency and Q.
