new to list

hey everyone out there....i am happy to be a new member of the list...i dont 
know shit about electronics but i have a friend who is going to build stuff 
for me...

..anyways..i was wondering if anyone out there could point me in the 
direction of any schematics for things like filters(main concern) as well as 
analog sequencers which i would also like...
