I've tried the Siliconix VN1206 for reset duty. Had to use two in series (go
figure...)
Think it has to do with the body diode. This was on a TomG VCO4, so I also
moddied the pullup on the comparator to +12 volts (was 6V). Did not work as
well as MPF-102 !
But more experiments could be needed...
