LM3046 is the National Semiconductor part number for the RCA CA3046 (now
made by intersil). There are lots of good places to get this part (one of my
favorites). I got mine from JDR (http://www.jdr.com), or you can get them from
Jameco (http://www.jameco.com), or digikey (http://www.digikey.com), and many
others. Best of all, they are cheap ($0.40->0.50 range). As far as I know TI
never made this part.
