Bit and Sampling Rate Reduction

Yeah that's exactly what I mean...

The best would be if you could get a complete range from 1 to 16 bit...
Also sampling rate would be wicked as well.  100 hz to 441000 hz

They both have interesting effects, and you should be able to do them
both in one module without a big problem...
