Lost mails

Hi all,

seems I've lost the last 30 or so mails from this list before I got a
chance to read them :-(. So, if anyone responded on the list to my last
guitar-synth-rants, could he please re-send these mails to me (off list,
of course)?

A strange thing happened here with Netscape (Mac version 4.7): it
displayed there were 28 (or so) unread mails in my "Synth-DIY" mail
folder (I have a message filter to move the list's mails into this
folder), but there was only one unread mail shown in the subjects pane
(the pane showing subjects, senders, dates etc. above the message text pane).
Quitting the program and restarting the computer didn't change anything
about that. Then I tried to do a "clean up wasted space" (Folder info
window), hoping the mails would re-appear. But nope, now they seem to
have vanished completely, along with some recent mails I already had
read. Strange....
