I'd say their very short moment of fame was their modular synth,
all CEM based, very resonable. Never made it...

:::F.A. Böhm KG is (was) the name of a German DIY organ and synth kit
:::manufacturer.
:::The company is still active as: Böhm electronic GmbH.
:::Their focus is on the "allein underhalter" & home organ market.

:::
:::The company had its 5 minutes of fame with the Böhm 12/24 expander.
:::A 12 or 24 voice four operator PhM (FM) synth module, came around short

:::It may very well be the first multi-timbal module uberhaubt.
:::Both Yamaha and Böhm denied that the 12/24 was a FM synth and Yahama didn't
:::use Böhm drum technology either.
