Filter

Morning!
I found a simple filter in Walter Jung's book 'IC op-amp cookbook'. So I
put it together, but the filter self-oscillates... I have tried to
reduce that with six 1N4148 between the output and the -input, but that
doesn't do it. Can someone help me?
