The device (a DBX 202, a pre-IC module) was tightly packed and
difficult to dismantle without causing a certain amount of damage,
and I wasn't motivated enough to fully reverse engineer the thing,
but there were several transistor pairs and it looked like a discrete
version of the basic core of the DBX2150 - see the data sheet at
the THAT site (http://kiosk.std.com/Newbury/thatcorp/).
