I've got a very old B&K...probably 10-15 years old, but that's just a guess.
It's got dual traces, and tops out at a whoppin' 10 MHz.  

It works fine...as I've wsaid before, the only troubles I have with it are
the cheap probes I'm using, and I always forget to AC or DC couple the
inputs after looking at ground.

For DIY work, it does me well...all types of analog circuits, plus the
occaisonal small microprocessor system.  Nothing fancy, but what it's got
works when I need it.
