In the market for a scope

I did the TV thing when I was a kid... A month later I bought
an Eico kit. I still have it, but it's only a 460 _KILO_hertz
bandwidth scope. And it's in real sad condition. Needs new
tubes and caps. I thought about gutting it and replacing the
guts with solid state, but I'd rather spend my limited DIY time
making musical stuff.
So I'm looking to buy something, new preferrably, but obviously
I don't want to spend a fortune. Hoping to get away with $400 or
less. I don't need a pile of advanced features, just 20 MHz, dual
trace, triggered sweep and analog of course.
