grounding questions...

Hello everyone,

I've got a few grounding questions. The CV inputs of VCO, VCA, etc, should
they default to ground? Or in other words, should I use switched jacks, and
connect the input to ground when not in use? And the same question for audio
inputs?

And one more, if you've got a few modules running from the same power
source, should you connect the grounds at the inputs, and the outputs? This
creates ground loops, right? The best way to handle these things is to use a
differential input, but I don't see that in many modules. Tell me...
