Frontplate sizes...

The Paia frac-rac faceplates are 5.25" tall and multiples of 1.5" wide.  (a 
1U is 1.5", 2U is 3.0", etc)

The holes are .75" from the panel's edge (horizontally) and 5/16" from the 
top or bottom of the panel.    A 1U panel has one hole on the top/bottom.  A 
2U panel has 2 holes on the top/bottom 1.5" apart, the 3U also has 2 holes, 
and they're spaced 3.0" apart

Sorry for the measurement in inches...
