Frontplate sizes...

Hello everyone...

I've etched my first pcb this weekend. (my own design for a simple VCO of
Tom G's site) It looks very nice, and it works. Next weekend I'll make a
frontplate for it, a noise source, S&H, and LFO. Or I'll try to make that...
(BTW, any PCB cutting tips? I did this one by scratching it very deep with a
stanley knife, and then breaking it. This works fairly good for small sizes,
I think...)

My question; what are the 'standard' sizes for modular frontplates? I want
the modules to be compatible with either MOTM or Paia's FracRack, but I
couldn't find any details about the sizes. How big are they, and where
should the mounting holes be, etc...

And some random questions: one of my friends was looking for a vocal->MIDI
convertor. How do you do that? Any Freq->CV designs that work good for
vocals? Maybe a commercial device?

And could anyone resend me the links of Tom G's Cam project pdf's?
Accidently trashed that one...

Thanks,
Roel
