The Mn31xx series will operate at 15 volts. The MN32xx series is rated 
for 11 volts abs. max. Running at 9 volts is fine, they will operate 
down to 4 or 5 volts. The MN33xx series will operate at 3 volts. The 
MN31xx series has the best S/N ratio, while the MN33xx series has the
