Looking at the MN3204 datasheet it says: 4-10V, with 5V typ.
I.e. TTL levels. (I don't know anything about availability of these!!)
For the more typical MN3004/8 you'd have to interpose a TTL open collector
driver together with a more beefy push-pull stage. (For better drive/sink
capabilities.)
