ESD protection, was: DOH!

Ups, I just finished a touch-keyboard (sort of, in the old Elektor days
this was called a "TAP" switch). The touch pad is just connected to a
40106 input with 10 Meg pullup resistor. While I was soldering the last
resistor it came to my mind that I had done absolutely nothing for ESD
protection... =:-)

Still works fine, but it's almost summer now and air humidity is quite
high, so no big danger regarding ESD...

Playing a touch keyboard is fun, BTW.
