Where to get LM13600 in the USA?

Sorry... I ment to answer this earlier. In VCA applications the 13700s
or ne5517s are fine. If you replace the on-chip buffer with an opamp
or fet buffer you can use them instead of 13600s in VCO/VCF apps.
Don't be afraid to use 3080s or 3280s w/buffers. The 3280 is one
of my faves as far as sound goes but the pin out is complete crap. They 
tend to be lot's more $$. (Seems like I just did this....?)

Jim. If you don't mind telling...what sort of deal did you get from 
Newark?  This could be a dangerous question. I am convinced that
someone monitoring this list is buying up all the DIY parts. It seems
Mouser had a run on 13600s right after I pointed out that they were
the ones to use not too long ago. 

Not really meaning to start more crap...I gota ask! Is it not safe to
say anything in the open on this list anymore.  I know it's not 
paranoia damm-it or we would all had a small personal stock of
those 726s Jim wanted us to go in on. Not to mention the 2000
vanishing 1000p polys I had a line on......not to mention.....the
other.....thing..... Nobody respond to this please! I'm venting!

If you need 13600s for a filter you got from EFM. I will ship them
uninsured for $1 each + $1 S&H  for the order. This is only for
EFM customers. Sorry I only have a few...
