3280 and AD533 availability, EN frequency shifter

A frequency shifter moves an input signal up or down by a constant amount in
Hertz...
so for a 100Hz shift. an input of 100Hz becomes 200Hz, 1000Hz becomes 1100Hz...
much different than a pitch shifter, which keeps the pitch (human perception) change
constant... like up one octave (2 * input frequency)

Uses ???

It makes synth sounds ???
