    In general, going larger is no problem.

    I am glad that there are other places that are miserable as well.  Our local
(Santa Barbara Area) electronics store has a big box of real nice surplus
capacitors, but they want $0.35 each for them, doesn't matter what the quantity
is.  Bypass caps are one thing I purchase from Mouser on a regular basis.  When
you get them in 100 lots, they get real cheap (like $0.11).
