Who can burn 2708 EPROMS?

It might even be difficult to get 2708 EPROMs at all. Maybe you have
more luck with 2716. These don't require the extra voltages and are
similar in pinout. With a little cutting and re-wiring it should be
possible to substitute 2708 with 2716.
