Yhea., seen them 35000+ cmd is convinsing.(;-)
Don't now about the parts u got,
but what i can get over here has a prety narrow viewing angle.
Gona use some in the shower (no joke). 
They advertise them over here as indicator lights,
maybe the led's are brighter than the guys form marketing (;^))
