No... normal electrolytics are fine.... I'd include a resistor from the
output to ground...
100K will be fine... this will stop the lytics from floating up (from
leakage) if there is no output connected, and prevent a "pop" when you
plug in a cable.

There is little chance of either cap seeing a reverse bias here...
