Hi Barry and all,

I used a 5534 to drive my reverb tank. The driver coil is in the
feedback loop of an non-inverting amplifier. Used another 5534 to get
the signal back. I should think the dual OP275 would do the job just as
well.

A chap called Roy Mallory wrote a very nice webpage about this. I can't
remember the URL, but a search should turn it up. I have the HTML and
jpegs if you would like. But his final comments stated that there was no
need to have tube design here at all, op-amps are better. Oops, is that
heresy? His words not mine, but he's probably right.
