You'll have to make them yourself....

However, if you don't plan on transporting your rack around, the
next best solution is to get a 3U rack mount tray.  These usually
have a small lip on the front and back which will prevent the
unit from moving (assuming you still have the rubber feet on the
bottom).  This is what I did with my old unit....

You can get these from MiddleAtlantic and the like....
