Yes these are mosfet i/p... now Natsemi's LMC series op amps are all cmos
designs.. some have bias currents under 1pa . LMC6081 was my chip of choice
for a s/h with bias current of 10fa [1 femtoamp = 10^-15A!] and offset vtg
of 350uV max.. also, with total CMOS design these draw sub milliamp supply
currents and so can run for months on a battery if desired. [LMC6061 Isupp =
20uA!] The LMC6081 comes in a dual pkg as the LMC6082.. Both the single &
dual versions are arouind the $8 -10 price range here..
