I have secured a source for Japanese PNP pairs. As soon as I can I'll locate a NPN pair too. Right now I have the 2SA798 for about $0.82ea in lots of 12. These are not matched but are generally a good pair. So if you want some PNP pairs they are 12 for $10.00 ($10 min) Tom
