max336/DG506

Hello all,

I'm using the max336 (better version of DG506) in my midi cv design. (Got
free samples, better use them. Actually, I wanted to use just a 4067, but
this device needs a 10V supply to switch my 10V analog signal...)
So, I've got a 5V supply for the digital part, and a -15/+15V supply for the
analog part. Which supply should I use for the max336? If I use it on a
single supply, the V- pin goes to ground or what?  And for the GND pin, I
guess, the digital ground?
