Need manual for PAiA product

Hi.

Years ago, I built one of PAiA's Chord EGG boards. Just found it 
last night, and I want to put it in a 1U rack box with a ps, output 
jacks, and a panel mounted control pot.

Problem is, I can't find the manual anymore and don't remember if 
it runs off of 5v or 12v, and a few other things.

Anyone built one of these, and do you still have the manual? If so, 
would you be willing to copy it?

Thanks. I think this'll sound neat when run through several fx 
boxes........
