DSP synth basics?

    The 68332 was one that they said would be around.  I asked specifically
about the 68306, which would have required little rewritting of code, but was
told that the 6830x stuff was bye-bye.  Since the 332 and the Coldfire will
require about the same amount of work, we have gone with the Coldfire.

    I am used to this kind of thing with Motorolla.  I still have a tube of
68008's at home that I like to use in projects.  I was kind of miffed when they
went away.  I am going to have to see if I can find some 68EC000's before they
disapear (they are being phased out as well, but will still be around a while).
