New VCO

Hi all --

This is a correction to yesterdays post on my new tri VCO. The statement
that the caps don't need to be matched is incorrect. They do. (And so do the
resistors). At zero control current, the integrator output ramps at a rate
proportional to the difference in the two RC time constants. This effect
limits the low end of the operating range, although it can be trimmed out to
first order. Hope I didn't confuse anyone too much with this.
