you sense both edges of the square wave (rising/falling) and then reset
a cap that is charged or discharged by a constant current source. The
problem is it only works for
one frequency of square wave, unless you make the constant current
source track the
frequency.

Anybody have a better way? I need this too... but will probably not
bother because its
such a bitch !!!
