It does!  It's made by JRC.  Their part number is NJM13600M.  You can order 
them from Mouser Electronics for $0.68 each (which is less than the DIP 
version).  They also have the surface mount NJM13700M.  The Mouser part 
numbers are 513-NJM13600M and 513-NJM13700M.  Go to www.mouser.com.
