OT-but related. What's up with Pagemaker.

There are many products to do HTML with. IMO Pagemaker
is overkill. If you can find a copy of "Adobe Pagemill 3.0 " you'll
be better off. I used a plain text editor for years without any
problems but once I used pagemill there was no going back.
Many Adobe products will install a postscript printer device.
Once you've got this anything that can go to the printer can be
a multiple page .pdf. Something like MS Word can be used to
import the HTML document. You can clean it up...proper size
and alignment etc... and then print it to a PDF file.
For PDF dis-assembly pick up Ghostscript here.

If you do a search for Ghostscript or PDF you can find a
lot of utilities.
