PWM ckt wanted

try using a sawtooth generator - o/p feeds into a comparator - which 
compares against a ref vtg which you vary for pwm.. this then causes the 
comp o/p to be high for differing amts of the linear ramp depending on the 
i/p vtg.. [use an inverting comp for inc vtg = inc pw]
