Speaking of PWM, I'm looking for tips on making a pulse width modulated ultrasonic pulse train. Like you would have at the beginning of one of those ill-fated PWM audio power amps. It's to drive a phaser, actually. No matched fets for me! :-) Any experiences? Or tips? Ideal would be the Maxim MAX038 but not at $30 thanks!!! paul perry melbourne australia
