Playing the modular through my home stereo

Hi all

Not to elongate this subject much further, but I just came home from a small 
show that was canceled due to a large speaker cabinent (bass)actually 
catching fire! I'm not sure I could analyize what happened, but it seemed 
that the bassist was playing through the speaker for awhile after it had 
already blew out.

Needless to say, we were all lucky there was a 2 liter bottle of water 
sitting nearby.
