 Hello, 
 I used to repair Wyse terminals where I used to work a few years back.  In 
addition to the flyback (and esp. since there was smoke), you might want to 
check and/or  replace the bipolar cap that is physically right next to the 
flyback. This cap along with Q202 and C202 (horz. xstr. and cap) had a very 
high failure rate in these power supplies.
