Everybody needs a pack rat for a freind

My Wise 50 terminal (old ascii dumb terminal) started spewing smoke
on tuesday. The flyback transformer was arcing over. I didn't know
where to get a new one, but thought a freind of mine that collects old
stuff might have something to scab parts out of. Turned out, he had a
repair kit to fix the terminal so I actually got a brand new flyback!
But to top that off, his wife is making him get rid of some of his
"stuff". So besides the flyback, I got an old 4 octave Pratt-Read (sp?)
keyboard. It is quite a bit beat up, but, I might be able to convert it
into something. Also, got a stack of AES journals from 1994-95. Not a
bad day.

Now, on that keyboard. This is the type that had the coil spring
that gets pulled to a bus bar. Many of the springs are damaged beyond
salvage. Also, the plastic goodies that pull the spings, some of them
are just plain missing. Is it posible to get repair parts for these
keyboards? Even if I can't, I have other ideas for getting it back into
service.
