obx-a help needed please

i just got an obx-a in pretty decent shape. a few buttons are intermittent
or need to be pressed harder (dirty, my guess). the sound is very intense.

the current presets suck. i have no manual, so i don't know how to load
the factory presets that i just downloaded from the web (WAV file).
could anyone tell me the procedure or direct me to an online source?

also, how does one save new presets? let's say i create a patch in manual
mode that i want to hold onto. can you do this without using the cassette?
