stable expo gen for vco?

I use a FatMan in the band I'm in. We play very melodic
stuff and I play it on top of other synths (wavestation)
so tuning is absolutely critical. I set the master tuning
once and don't need to touch it again for our entire 6 hour
rehearsal. Often, master tune is fine without touching
it! I have only needed to do the internal tuning procedure
once. It is a rack unit that I just place on top of an
effect box with a magazine between to insulate the board.
