Obviously this is a universal problem. Here in VA we have great 
roads. I'm driven in Richmond and the DC area plenty and that's not a 
problem. I expect to packed in like sardines at 70mph with people 
darting back and forth. But the thing is that everyone else is 
playing the same game, there's a sort-of consensus that makes it a 
lot more predictable. When you're at a light in Northern VA you know 
what people are going to to do. No mystery. Few surprises.

This was a couple of local idiots out to give people a hard time. 
They should go to Southern CA. They'll probably get shot (actually, 
like most bullies I think they were pretty chicken).
