And also in Bangladesh, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philipines, Mexico, Algeria...

I'll tell you something : north-american roads are (to my experience)
among the safest in the world...

I've seen a lot of car crashes and crazy drivers in NZ.
And in some places in Australia, following (and trying to pass) one of
these "road trains" can be a scary experience, especially in western &
northern territories, where there's no speed limit, and where the highway
(the only sealed road) is sometimes nothing more than a dusty track...
